According to an article on CNN, aromatherapy can help the insomniacs out there who are"drowsy but slightly tense" (Me!) Certain fragrances such as lavender and lemon balm help to induce relaxation and sleep, says Rubin Naiman, Ph.D., a sleep specialist at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, in Tucson.

I use this, it's not bad. Am a little tired of it now tt I've just finished my 3rd bottle (!) but I used to love it because it does smell like lavender but not as strong/ medicinal as some lavender scents can get.
